We supply EPDM sponge cords designed to create O-rings and seals in lower compression applications. Manufactured to tight tolerances, they ensure excellent size consistency while remaining highly flexible and easy to work with, making them ideal for general sealing applications, gaskets, and O-rings that effectively seal against dust and water. The closed-cell foam structure prevents the leakage of particulate matter, air, or fluids while also minimising vibration and noise. Our EPDM sponge strip, made from extruded rubber and available in various sizes, features an acrylic self-adhesive tape for a quick and convenient sealing solution for doors and hatches. Both the sponge cord and strip are 100% UV stable, ensuring long-lasting performance in outdoor applications.
